Well, Serena, May and Lillie are the latest 3 female characters from the games (XY, ORAS, SM) so it kinda makes sense to release the most recent ones people will know, DP are 10 years old (I think?) Dawn isn't as relevant atm, if there are DP remakes, then they def will release a game version and anime version.
