This. I do use Powersaves to give me unlimited Bottle Caps/Rare Candies though. And I only use them on old Legendaries and Mons that are competetively viable aside from IVs. Also any shinies that might pop up during breeding. I don't do this out of some sense of morals but I just enjoy breeding. Yes this makes me an idiot, I know.
