I did this a while back and a lot of people have actually corrected me for Dhelmise. I initially did it just how you said, measuring it from the length of its chain. But I saw the model ripped straight from the game, and Dhelmise is actually around this size with its chain coiled up/not used.

Also for Guzzlord, can it actually close its mouth?

As of now, I have not done the other gens but there are several images online of other gens that other people have done.
I planned on doing it, but it's quite challenging finding good enough quality size pics of each and every Pokemon. It was so much easier when we had sequential releases of Alolan Pokemons pre-release
