Palkia gets Dimensional Shear off of Z-Spacial Rend, which has 200 BP and sharply raises its SpA and raises its Def and SpD.

Giratina gets Distortion Plunge, which has 200 BP and drags the battle into the Distortion World for eight turns, changing Giratina's forme in the process. Both Atk and SpA are raised, Spd is sharply raised.

Dialga and Palkia get Origin Formes, which they access by holding the Adamant/Lustrous Orbs, respectively. The Adamant and Lustrous Orbs retain their effect of boosting Dialga and Palkia's STAB moves.
Dialga Origin gets an increase to its base stats and an ability that sets Trick Room for five turns on entry.
Palkia Origin gets an increase to its base stats and an ability that sets Gravity for five turns on entry.
Giratina Origin is retconned to have increased stats and an ability that inverts type effectiveness for five turns.

Arceus gets a new Z move, Alpha Genesis, that requires Arceus to hold Arceusium Z while knowing Judgment. Alpha Genesis resets the battle to turn 0, fully healing all Pokemon on both sides (even ones that have fainted), restoring the PP of all of their moves, undoing any transformations, and negating all effects on the battlefield before transforming Arceus into its Alpha Forme. In order to justify whatever other insane bullshit Game Freak can come up with in the future, and because it will literally never be legal in any official format ever, Arceus-Alpha has base stats of 240 across the board, always acts as if it is every type at once, and deals Super-Effective damage to all types when using Judgment because fuck you too, Shedinja.

I'd reduce Arceus to just the golden ring thing. You'd see galaxies or schools of Unown swirling on the inside, like a portal to another universe. Sometimes, a giant version of one of Arceus's eyes would look out from inside the ring.

For certain attack animations, the void would spill out of the ring into the shape of a hand or something
