Why haven't there been any genetically modified Pokemon since mewtwo? Even if experimentation on Pokemon was illegal wouldn't the Pokemon analogue for China have carried on anyway? Note that I'm a tourneyfag who speeds through the games and I never played gens four or five or watched the anime
