I don't think they've actually reached the limit, as that'd include japanese players as well. It must be a bug. Besides, it just wouldn't make sense to suddently reach the limit when this is one of the least hyped comps and we've never reached it before.

I'm pretty upset about this too. I didn't register right away because my team wasn't ready yet.
