Stone Edge actually edges out against HP Electric with Intimidate:

-1 0 Atk Landorus-Therian Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Gyarados: 160-190 (48.3 - 57.4%) -- 91.8% chance to 2HKO
0- SpA Landorus-Therian Hidden Power Electric vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Gyarados: 164-196 (49.5 - 59.2%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO

Of course, the really nice thing about Stone Edge is that it hits many things for high BP, so if you fail to predict you can at least secure some chip damage.

HP Electric does seem to have niche against Skarm though, outside of Smack Down/EQ... will try it out a little OP
