Screen time does not equal relevance to the plot. I'm not sure why /vp/ thinks otherwise. The only thing Lillie did that was remotely important was save Cosmog from the Aether Foundation. Other than that, she had no impact on any following story elements and was just there to halt your progress with negligible dialogue. She didn't even have to exist with how little relevancy she had. Cosmog could've easily just escaped and you could've found it being attacked on your lonesome with the same effect, in which you or Hau could've taken it under care.
