On the Physical side it has Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Waterfall, Superpower, and X-Scissors, only for name someones.

On the Special side it has every that an average Water-type has (Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hidden Power, etc.)

It would be better for Samurott to be a Physical Attacker instead of another Special Attacker Water-type.
