But definitely not saying there won't more features. But expanded pokedex is probably the reason

I already have copies of this in storage at the B&N where I work. Skimmed it. No new Pokemon or forms. Just new locations and story changes. Very underwhelming.

Eh, as soon as it wasn't a third version I knew I was gonna pirate that shit. I can get behind buying two versions when there are at least significant differences in the two, and Pokemon does that well enough, with R/S and S/M doing more than most, but I am 100% done with this "four games a gen" shit. The thing that made third versions so exciting was that they took two adventures that we'd already been on, rolled them up into one, added new stuff in and made it a unique, definitive experience. Emerald and Platinum stand out as the big winners in this case for doing the most and making the stories even more epic. B2W2 was cool as a one-off thing because it actually gave us a follow-up story and it was unique and interesting for Pokemon. This? This is fucking highway robbery. They should have made Stars and put all of this content into one game with a reworked story to incorporate both legends somehow. I refuse to buy four fucking games plus whatever remake they pump out this gen just because it's pokemon. Until they get their shit together and start giving us more of what we want and have been asking for for ages now, they can kiss my ass.

I just wish we had more to speculate about. Kinda lame that all we have right now is "the guide is a few pages longer than before."

Oh, I agree with you, and I haven't preordered this game. This is the first pokemon game that's been available for pre-order that I haven't been interested in, and the first main series game I will likely skip. The trailers will help me deicde. New pokemon games have always been an instant buy for me but after being burned by gen 6 and then seeing with SM that GF has no intentions for improvement, I'm walking away. I'm not paying full price for move tutors and a different handful of cutscenes.

I disagree that SM were both worth a buy though. The two are the same game with very minor differences.
