it was really fun along with its sequel, both are really underrated.

It's essentially babby's first pokeyman but I played them both because I'm a fag. Keep in mind that I only played them once on their respective release dates so my synopses could be off.

As far as spinoffs go, it's alright. I liked exploring it for the first time and collecting friends. The minigames are the main focus of the game. They're fine the first time around, but you probably won't be interested in replaying them. Above all, though, it's just really cute.

Since it's on sale go ahead and pick it up, it only takes a couple hours to finish the """story""" and a few more if you go for 100%. I still feel like 2 is an improvement in almost every area, even if they're not necessarily quality games in the first place.

Both games can be genuinely funny, though.

That's off the top of my head (again, only played them once) so I'm definitely missing a lot here. I remember that there were ton of jokes that only someone who pays attention to the main series games would get. The writing is the biggest read: only selling point for the games imho, unless you really like cute.
