Nah, there's no corrrelation between D.V's and I.V's upon import, it's a fresh set if stats. I can't can't clone in gen 1 since I only have 1 3DS and I question if the trade clone glitch is doable on VC. So I'm just blasting through it over and over until I get a Modest HP Ice Zapdos for personal usage. I have the event distro from two years ago unredeemed but I'm not wasting an event version on a build I want for overworld dickery.
