Pelipper because of what >>33066840 said, and the fact that muh bro Politoed is irrelevant because they decide to give the shit bird drizzle.

Ampharos because it's barely recognizable as a sheep anymore, with its only context for what the hell its supposed to be being the pre evolutions and their defining wool characteristic. I love sheep and I've owned several, and the fact that the only sheep mon ends up turning into some kind of vague balloon dinosaur is honestly pretty disappointing.
