I'm having severe difficulties remembering the English names of most gen 3+ Pokemon since I nickname them in the games and the anime obviously uses the Japanese names.

I took that sporcle quiz that got posted the other day and i forgot about the Tentacool and Rapidash lines. It took me like four tries to remember what Charmander evolved into

I can't remember 4-7 gen mons and I'm not even a genwunner. I'm 20 years.

1-3 gen names were simple and memorable to remember

28 here. I've had some trouble from gen 5+ but thats mostly due to using nicknames and sticking with old favorites.

The ironic thing is a head injury fucked my memory last year yet my pokemon knowledge is crystal clear.
