It's going to be biased in favor of newer games because the people who stopped playing after Gen 2 (which is almost everyone) aren't going to be on /vp/.

I voted HGSS, I love GS, but only for nostalgia reasons.
My second favorite is Fire Red, followed by a tie between the 5th Gen and the 3rd Gen
