Probably just a lucky guess. "Primarina" sounds like a combination of "Prima Ballerina", which explains the name, and it's a Fairy-type because of course it would be. The fact that there is now a Fairy-type with the name Primarina is just a coincidence, especially since the real Primarina is more of a pop-star than a ballerina.
