BW2, Platinum's extra content is overrated, HGSS is mostly fluff, BW2 has PWT which let's you battle past gym leaders, black tower/white treehollow which makes for easy postgame grinding and gets you a shiny when you complete it, and Pokéstar studios, one of the most underrated features.

It depends on what you mean by "most". BW2 has a wider variety of side content, but the Plat/HGSS battle frontier could potentially keep you entertained longer.

BW2 is unrivaled in terms of content

HGSS for sheer content even if most of it is extremely shallow fluff, Platinum and BW2 for a lot of good quality optional content in multiple venues, Emerald for one really great piece of optional content with its Battle Frontier but not really anything else, XY for just the most you'll find to the bare necessities like amount of Pokemon to catch without trading or potential for multiplayer but otherwise it's one of the weakest for optional content and it has nothing there the other games don't do on some level
