Heliolisk is so good. It's simple without being too simple. Its design conveys exactly what it does without being overdesigned. It has a cool typing and ability, and it's an electric type with an actual movepool. It isn't great in battle because of things like mega mane, raikou, and now tapu koko, but it's good enough to use and not be total dead weight most of the time (many RU mons are like this; see salazzle, dragalge, tyrantrum, even kommo-o on occasion). Love this lizard.

+10 speed or heat wave/flamethrower + ice beam (it IS a normal type after all) would be pretty nice. Solar beam is unnecessary, grass knot does the trick most of the time.
