I'm not personally a fan of Mimikyu, but I would welcome it to Smash. It would be pretty interesting, and shillmons are the ones they include already anyway, so why not?

I'm still hoping for Tapu Koko and Buzzwole first and foremost, though. They would be really great additions. They'd both be large-size characters too, and we only have Charizard for that rn, so it would be nice imo. Especially Tapu Koko, a fast large-size character would be interesting, but Buzzwole would be really cool too just because he'd be so different from the rest of the reps.
