It'd literally be the same as a regular game except with a metric ton of FPS Lag because of the game being forced to render a gorillion other players running around.
The MMO Aspect doesn't really do much for Pokemon because there's no actual incentive to interact beyond on-the-fly trading and battling, which Gen 6 had already.
