If you are not an autist with no job and other duties, hacking (legit!!) Pokemon is totally ok.

I actually respect his opinion on cheating and how he makes the effort to make the "problem" known. But the game is just more enjoyable when you can make your competitive stuff instantly, and it moves the meta forward faster. It's better to just bite the bullet and do what everyone else does, especially since hacking will never stop being a thing.
