If you did any injecting you probably fucked that up, hope you kept backups.

If not, and the game's digital, your SD card might die on you soon, better back that shit up.

Recover your last save from pkhex automatic backups, use savedatafiler to backup your current file just in case. Delete the security value, return to factory state. Open the game, new game, save your file. Back to savedatafiler, delete the security value, import your backup from pkhex. Delete again the security value again, run the game, voilà
