You forgot a few details, OP.

People want it to be Physical IN ADDITION to:
Being Water/Fighting type (and by consequence Emboar something else, like Fire/Dark with an adjusted movepool)
Being able to learn Sacred Sword and possibly Shell Smash.

Swords Dance, Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Aerial Ace, X-Scissor, Megahorn, Smart Strike, Night Slash, and wishfully thinking Sacred Sword and Shell Smash.

Where's the fault in those collective ideas?
