Why hasn't GameFreak introduced a dating system yet? The new feature would let your player character build relationships with other characters of the opposite gender. As you increase your bond rank, you would get access to exclusive items and features such as a customizable house to live in.

This would be because Pokemon, like power rangers, is made for children, and try to keep everything simple and as innocent as possible... maybe... ok maybe not (ex. Olivia) but as much as I would enjoy a dating system in pokemon, it would be much to complicated for children... but on the other hand, this is why fangames exsist, so...
