Depends on your area. Most days this week, I've been focusing on putting strong-but-not-too-strong 'mons in various gyms. Some will hang in there for a few days, some might not even be there for a few hours. Seed many and seed often. As long as I can pull 50 coins most days I'm happy at this rate.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but does anybody else feel that the anniversary event is somewhat underwhelming? All we got was a Kanto hat Pikachu line, a rehashed concept already in main series games and Shuffle Mobile. The anniversary box deal is literally 6 max revives and 20 ultraballs for $1. Everything else is normally priced. Just let us be able to buy ultraballs. The Solstice event was extremely good for XP, and it was just a random monthly event.

Shit, all they really had to do if they didn't want to upstage the Chicago event was to do this dumb shit PLUS add on double stardust. That's literally all they'd need to get some event hype.

I also just got back from Florida, and I ran for a Heracross and got there with 30 seconds left. I waited in that parking lot and when I heard the spawn noise, it disappeared before the model could even load. i would say yes if you have the money to spare. catching pokemon gets really boring after a while. it's a xp and dust machine. before you buy, however, note that it disconnects randomly often and only throws 1 normal pokeball then stops trying. make sure to turn it off if you are near a rare mon you're trying to get, I've had some poor experiences with that.

Yeah, raids are usually pretty buggy for me too. There was no indication as to when this Machamp was going to use Dynamic Punch, so I had to either guess or just forget dodging and take it like a bitch. Hopefully Hanke will iron out the kinks, though I'm not holding my breath.

I have a theory guys, I think Niantic does not want to fix the charge move glitch on Raid Bosses because they don't want more people being able to be 3 star raids solo and taking out 3 star raid bosses without the help of others. I know 4 is impossible alone but they still want to make 3 extra difficult for the everyday users that does not feel like interacting with other player and hence hurting their image of gym raid bosses and cooperative game play.

You get like no warning from raid bosses on the charge attack but in regular gym fights there is plenty of warning and time regardless of charge move even stone edge.

Gyms have never been more diverse because it's less efficient to have 'optimal' defenders, since there's no point in having your Blissey in a gym for a week if you only get coins when it gets kicked out.
