It doesn't look like a pokemon that needed an evolved form, but I realized why it for one after I looked at its stats. It's a shame the stay buffs didn't come soon enough, some pokemon might have gone without an unnecessary evolution.

Wailmer because I like having the special surf model, not because I hate Wailord (I have a shiny Wailord), and because I never evolve my surfmon if it can evolve.
Dewpider because it's not viable competitively but it's pretty as a Dewpider.
