The world is run by a secret order of Alakazam who slowly enslave their owners without them even knowing it, turning the Pokémon into the trainer!
This way, they have managed to co-operate with eachother to build a global network where they can promote humans under their hand to get into more powerful positions, thus continually strengthening their grasp on the world!
Gym leader Sabrina, one of the most respected and powerful psychics in the world, able to tell the future, levitate and use her own abilities in a fight, like a Pokémon, is never seen without her Alakazam companion. And keep in mind that she is very open about non-verbal communication with her Pokémon. If she met a stronger psychic than herself, could that become a one-way conversation?
What about former champion of Indigo, Blue Oak? An abra was one of the first Pokémon he trained, brought it all the way up to the championship. But then, when he became a gym leader, for some reason he dropped it in favor of a Machoke. The complete opposite kind of Pokémon. Until the world tournament in Unova.
Where did his Kazam go? Why wasn't he around at the gym? Rumor is that it went to Sinnoh to help Lucian become part of the local Elite Four..
Lucky for us there's not much of a Kazam presence here in Unova, but now, suddenly Elite Caitlin has one too.
Now remember, Caitlin is from Sinnoh, where she was raised in the upper class, no doubt Lucian has had the chance to meet her on at least one occasion. It's not a stretch to say they may have come to some agreements under such a meeting
If we don't do something, then very soon, we're going to wake up and find that every single Champion, and probably the heads of Devon, Silph and all major corporations across the world will be run by "trainers" of Kazam and humans will have become second class to the new dominant species of the world, ruling us all with a single-government world!

And look at Kalos, the glorious region which is the origin of Mega Evolution. There's barely any Kazam there, and yet somehow a Mega Stone for Alakazam appeared? Does that make sense? Only way it makes sense, is if those Mega stones are artificially created. And we know that's possible. Mewtwo's got two mega stones, both artificially created. They're just the same as regular stones, so how could anyone tell if Kazam stones were natural or not?
Speaking of Mewtwo, do you think it's a coincidence that it, too, got two stones?
Why would anyone think it's a good idea to give a mega forme to a mutant that broke out of it's laboratory, killing dozens of people in the process, only to escape to someplace it could be left alone?
How did that thing even get itself to Kalos? It couldn't have done so without help! This is not up for debate, people!
