I like Mega Mewtwo X, too bad it doesn't have enough good moves. Needs Close Combat and Swords Dance, along with either Moxie or Guts to replace Steadfast.

With the prevalence of Fairy and Steel as it's chosen counter, Fighting / Psychic is having serious problems. With the Tapus in the meta, it's dark days for any fighting types that can't (a) outspeed them, and (b) OHKO them.

As for Psychic, Say hello to Mega Scisor, Mega Metagross.

For a while I assumed Meloetta's dancing form was Fighting/Psychic.
I wish it had a third form with this typing as some sort of middle stage between the two, combining dancing and singing.

Medicham is pretty good just give it CC via breeding.
Gallade has iron fist as a second standard ability and mach punch mega gets tough claws. Nerf Tapus and send marshadow to Ubers

Fighting/Psychic is very good on paper, it just so happens that all the typings that are inherently advantaged against it are very meta. Honestly all those mons need is U-Turn to get out of their predicted counters. Or lolnothing if you're playing doubles because glass cannons without utility are inherently bad in doubles.

I'm surprised Gallade wasn't retconed into fairy/fighting. That would be interesting.

Should Lucario have been Fighting/Psychic? Some people seem to think so.
