It didn't even come close to fixing the slowness and story (the main problems of DP) though. It fixed a lot of minor problems but didn't tackle the big ones.

I don't mind the bait, but quick reminder that BW2 is currently the best-selling third version, beating out Crystal, Emerald, and Platinum. It might be overthrown by USM, but it was by no means a flop - especially when you consider that XY came out soon after, cutting interest in it sharply.
