Hey guys I'm playing gen 3 and I wanna make the ultimate utility team. I want a team that has all the field moves:
Cut, Fly, Surf, Strength, Flash, Dig, Waterfall, Rock Smash, Sweet Scent hell even Softboiled for completion purpose.
Now what I need would be a list of all the "utility abilities"
I know the obvious ones like Pickup and Flame Body (although I don't think it works in FRLG) but am I missing some useful abilities?

Get 2 Dragonite from FRLG. That has you covered for 7 HMs except for Flash. Chansey has Soft-Boiled and Flash. Miltank has Milk Drink. Paras for Dig and Sweet Scent or Teddiursa if you want Pickup but you can't evolve it.
For abilities it's going to be tougher. For Stench there is only Muk who can learn Dig. For Illuminate there is Starmie and Lanturn who can learn all the water HMs and Flash.
