Probably third versions, with the default SM story with a few differing touches. It's not going to be much better than SM, but they might add back a few of the cut areas. Those who didn't like SM probably won't like USUM.

I just want a nice spread of Battle Facilities because that's the most reasonable approach to adding a lot of "content" in such a short amount of time besides recreating an old region and all of my problems with SM can't be fixed without just flipping the table and starting over, so adding new stuff is my best bet at getting something I like
