If Necrozma would appear in the movie, it would have been shown to appear already. There have been zero legendaries that have been featured in the movies that actually matter to the plot that were not revealed to be in their movie (Hoopa and the Clash of Ages doesn't count; too many legendaries were simple plot devices).
