Normal/Ground for landsnek, Normal/Dragon for muh serpent, Normal/Fairy for muh cryptid.
Eviolite Dunsparce would be pretty good though, it's almost as bulky as Porygon2 physically and has a very nice movepool to use with it.

Pokemon Uranium has a good idea on what it should evolve into.

Dunsparce is my third favorite Normal type behind Porygon2 and Lillipup. I used one in-game in HG once and boy was it an absolute joy to use. Headbutt, Glare, and Roost were all it needed (And even Roost was a stretch by in-game standards), and I don't even remember the 4th move (Probably Defense Curl). Boris was a star player as well as the team mascot, and I'd love to come back and use Dunsparce again in the future.

Love the not-so-little guy. He tries so hard.

I appreciate Dunsparce after not once but twice catching a Dunsparce in dark cave (1% chance) in two separate Crystal nuzlockes. The thing is great early game.
