So I'm playing pearl and I just caught a gible to add to my team but the problem is my team is 36-37 and she is at level 20. What is the fastest way to level it up

Put it in the daycare, go to Fuego Ironworks, find some heavy objects to weigh down your B button and one of the directional arrows, let your character run into the spinners forever and level up your Gible while you do other stuff.

This. Currently grinding in Route 209 in Platinum to get all the 'mons in my team to level 30, I've had the Exp share on Gible (now Gabite) since I caught it in order to help it catch up to my team.
