What are you trying to do here? Even if you get super fast with your defense intact, you still won't hit hard. Just go full Focus Sash, Weak Armor, Shell Smash, Fire Blast, Earth Power, Ancient Power / Hidden Power Grass. If you want a sweeper that is, but Magcargo doesnät really have the typing to serve as a wall unless you need to counter something specific.

obviously, ill switch out on pokemon i suspect are sp oriented. its not that hard to guess with enough experiance (tough oddballs always exist.)

ill bulk first and than recover damage.

well yeah, that could be what those last 2 moves are for, or at least i could switch out when i see enemy uses me setting up to set up.

What is the best speed for shell smash? if im too fast, i tend to shell smash before my enemy attack (which is dangaraous) but if im too slow i can't outspeed enemy unboosted mons even after shell smashing which is also dangarous.
