Honestly 5th gen and beyond is this weird Post Classical period for Pokemon, and although I love the story for them I feel like they are not going too crazy cause they are debating when and where they do certain things, like having the Original Dragon, Zygarde and Guzzlord relevant for their games and them on the Switch. With them basically being pushed to have Gen 8 or Gen 4 remakes by late 2018 early 2019, could see them going to have to expand their staff or try to delay it so it feels as revolutionary for Pokemon as BoTW was. I mean it will be either way, but in the sense of having a true Neo Classical period that has our dumb asses finally giving in and getting Switches as well.

BotW was for Zelda, I mean Gen 4 remakes would be a good step shut people up and buy them time, but we will have to see. And I say that cause they like planning these games all out and doing them years in advice. Like they had the idea for SM back in 2010 and were working on it alongside XY. Which is why there are a lot of teases for it and would not be suprised ORAS was easy to get out that year or so gap between it and XY. I mean never know but makes more sense tor them to bid their time with quickly remade Gen 4 Remakes then REALLY waste their first new set of games that are gonna be on a home console
