Yeah man those types sure need a nerf. Why not ground and flying?
Could making ice resist normal and ice attacks being strong against normal types work?
Since Fighting is super-effective against Ice, it should resist Normal.
Then make it resist Water, so the two types resist one another.
Ice is now balanced. Not the best type but no longer a shit type.
