Hey look another retard that forgets Water properties.

Water is the universal solvent, you will be amazed at the stuff it gets to dilute.

Water specific heat means Ice will never resist water let alone be immune.

Specific heat dictates that the amount of energy to go from ice to water is minimal, but liquid water properties store a ridículous amount of energy, to transform the same mass of melted ice into ice again would require a disturbing amount of energy to be transfered from the system, the larger the mass the bigger energy transferred out of the body of water is needed.

It reaches a point that the energy put into water to turn back into ice would sublimate ice into Vapor.

Ice can't resist or be immune to water, stop going full retard.

Stop trying to justify the type chart with real world physics.
Water is weak to electric ingame even though pure water is actually a terrible conductor. Steel is not weak to electic.

Game balance should be the primary reason for strength and weaknesses.

The whole point about dragons was resisting the special types of the starters, and electric for both mythology and ingame boss balance.

Bug being neutral on fairy defeats the purpose of a resistance to u turn.

Grass and Bug resisting Fairy defeats the lore of fairies, most of them governed over the domains.

Ice resisting fairy does make sense lore wise and would throw a big bone towards defensive ice types but they went full retard.

Steel resisting psychic was a thing of balance in Gen2, and honestly it's still a good thing kept in check by focus miss, you don't want to see how ludicrous an offensive psychic can be without the steel resist switch ins.

Dragon resisting ghost is centralizing to say the least and makes zero sense lore wise for any depiction of a dragon.

Ghost needs a resistance, I'm glad the Dark type(Evil) resists it makes sense with Japanese folklore, but ghost needs a resistance outside of the starter trio that doesn't buff steel, steel resisting dark and ghost is the easy way out. Maybe Electric or Rock could resist it but there is little ground to make it in a sensible way.

U-Turn will continue to be broken unless you make more than half of the type chart resist it. The move itself needs a nerf to 50BP. The rest of Bug attacks don't need to be shafted just because of one broken move.

Half of the existing type chart interactions make vague or no sense, some parts of it need rebalancing one way or another. Flying, Ghost and Fairy need one more type that resists them because all of their current resists are weak to a single coverage move (Ground, Fighting, Ground). Ice badly needs extra resistances (Flying and Fairy would indeed be good).
All other problems regarding type balance can be resolved by tampering with moves (better Stone Edge accuracy and Power Gem distribution to improve Rock, Scald nerf, etc).
