Champion is Shizune, she makes everything into a competition and isn't happy if she isn't the best. Also, it would be a doubles battle with her and Misha.

The most straightforward of the girls, she would like things with Speed Boost ability. Since most speed Boost users are bug type she's a Bug trainer. There's no mega-bug with Speed Boost so I'm giving her Scizor since it can spam Bullet Punch and still move fast.

Doubles battle. One can't talk and one won't shut up. Shizune is kind of a bitch and Misha is an annoying lesbo. Also they are bestest friends, as much as women can be friends, I guess. Misha has sound based moves and support for her theme, they all know Heal Pulse and Hyper Voice. Shizune just uses the strongest stuff she can find since she is out to win. Also, at least one fish because fishing.

It's drawn in a slightly different style where they have gigantic eyes to appear more expressive. Kinda like shojuo shows form the 80s and 90s but they didn't quite get it right. Also I think it might've been intended for an older audience. Also everyone has a sprite where they are holding their mouth shut like they're about to puke and their eyes are open even wider, it looks really freaky.

I agree with most of this, except for Hanako and especially Lilly.
Hanako has a bit of a ghost motif, being named after a mysterious toilet ghost and superficially resembling the typical japanese ghost as well. Her colour scheme of dark purple supports this, though i can see how you'd get purple instead. I can see her as a ghost-type user, pretty similar to Shauntal.
Team would be Mimikyu (Hiding, social anxiety.) Marowak-A (Overcoming deceased parents) Chandelure and Gourgeist (Fire motif) with the last two being either free spots or some random ghost type.

I'm sad to see your beef with Lilly. I didn't find her to be "bland" or "boring", but rather idealized much more strongly than the others. Not that this is a good thing, as flawlessness is very unrealistic, but she does display a personality during her route.
Furthermore, I've got no idea where you got the "Lazy bum" idea from. She's very active for someone who has to watch her step every time she steps out of her room.
I'd also make her a normal type specialist, bt give her a less mean-spirited team, which reflects her caring and motherly personality.
(Mega?) Kangaskhan, Blissey and audino would be a couple of examples.
