I don't know what's my favorite base or unevolved, hadn't ever thought of it honestly, so I'll just post Trapinch instead.

Why? He's a member of my favorite team I've made in Gen 7 so far. I made the team to fuck around, not with Trapinch, but with A-Golem and Tapu Koko boosting him with Electric Terrain but one way or another the team worked surprisingly well. How does Trapinch come into this? I noticed that he's the perfect partner for A-Golem explosions. A-Golem can explode without caring about Trapinch because he's inmune to Galvanize Explosion, Trapinch traps the opponents guaranteeing that they will be hit by the Explosion and last but not least Trapinch can Feint their Protect or Wide Guards attempts to guarantee the Explosion ever further. It works both in and out of Trick Room which my team has but does not depend on so I can blufff it and predict how my opponents will respond. It's not a combo that works on every battle obviously and I rarely pull it off but it feels so damn GOOD when I do. It may sound gimmicky, and it is, but the team somehow manages to pull it's weight. It depends a lot on psyching up the opponent starting from team preview.

This team is for VGC17 by the way.

I started with about $400 which was pretty much all the money I had, a big deal considering I live in a third world hellhole that's going down the shitter more with every passing day, and it has ballooned into $1600 as of today. It's nice to spending time together again, we used to be best friends before getting together, but just stopped talking altogether after he break up.

I've been losing two pounds a week for six weeks now, though I've still got a long way to go. (I'm self-conscious about my weight but right now it's ~240 lb) Currently, I'm waiting for a response from some classes that would jumpstart my career. I'd receive training that would get me a decently paying job where I can get all kinds of networking in. Pretty exciting for me!

The base form of one of my favourite Pokemon is Skorupi. Drapion looks so cool and it has a neat honourable/vicious personality according to dex entries. And a great type and nice round stats.

Recently had a meeting with other members of an aviary I volunteer at to get an action plan for fixing the board and bringing volunteers back. It was nice to meet other volunteers and to make some progress. So it was sort of nice despite the circumstances.

Thought this little guy might make a good ground type on my White 2 playthrough, and honestly was fairly disappointed until Krookodile showed up. Holy hell the guy is a straight beast. Pretty much a poor man's Moxiemence but he's still plenty capable of sweeping. He became my favorite right there.

I got promoted at work recently after 2 years doing my first "real job" in my post-education career. (It is the first time I am eligible for a promotion.) My supervisors are really happy with me and gave me some tips on how I can get promoted again next year.

I'm curious on the Pokemon for Switch. If it is a new mainline game as in Gen VIII, that's the shortest a generation's ever been. A bit sad, since I quite adore Alola's atmosphere for all the issues the game frequently is criticized for. My favorite is ditto, I just love how squishy and derp it is, plus its gimmick is really cool so in a real life situation it'd be the only pokemon you really need in day to day life, especially going by the anime/dex entry canon where it can transform into inanimate objects too, very adaptive and dependable, even if it's not the best at whatever you need it'll still do its best to get the job done.

My only real accomplishment lately is paying bills on time, summers are tight because my mom works in the schools system so she doesn't get paid then, but thanks to the raise I got in January things are going to be okay this year.

My favorite Pokémon is Pikachu, I love electric types in general, but I love jus design, his moveset, and he's cute. I still use my old Raichu that transferred from Fire Red in the recent versions, it's my oldest Pokemon and I'm kinda proud of that.

My favourite is Empoleon. He has a great design, an awesome typing and he brings back far too many memories of me playing Pearl every day. After 10 years, I still have my first Empoleon, who now resides in my X cartridge.

It's been quite a while since something nice has happened to me recently, but in the upcoming future I will hopefully be getting my driver's license and can finally start driving on my own. It's scary having no driving teacher to guide you, but at the same time I'm so excited to start going out places. I'm also going to finish off my Cert. III in Media in August, but I'm not so confident I will pass.

Thank you OP I really needed that. Life had been really chaotic and changing for me lately but i always like to remember that no matter what I still have my friends and my family. I had dinner with my folks tonight and it really nailed that point home for me. I'm still scared about the future but it's nothing I can't handle if I have my loved ones.

I'm the same way with Incineroar. It's become my favorite starter and pokemon because I rescued an abandoned cat and its personality fits Incineroar's in terms of normally being fight-happy but having a soft spot for those young and sometimes helpless - she is very happy to beat up or intimidate invaders to her territory (other cats, raccoons dumpster diving, dogs being walked nearby) and is very touchy around people but me, but she will allow kids to pet her and has made friends and plays with a neighbor's cat who is extremely shy. She even is quite built by housecat standards (as a Norwegian Forest Cat) and has particularly large paws for a cat. Incineroar is not popular here, but I'll always think of her as one and she'd probably love the chance to be even bigger and stronger in return for bipedalism.

She's all white, so I suppose I have a shiny.

I've always found a way to stick an Ampharos in my team ever since way back when I played Gold for the first time. He's a just-right combination of cool and cute if you ask me.

Nicest thing that's happened to me? My wife and I are having a baby in August. We had been really scared about paying for everything we need, but her estranged sister showed up out of nowhere and pages for almost everything. Crib, clothes, books, furniture. I cried like a bitch. It really was a fantastic blessing. Everything is ready for the little guy.

I could spend more time individually crafting responses and using much fancier words, to be sure, but then people such as yourself would then try to claim I'm being pretentious while still claiming it's false and forced. Litten! Squirtle is also in my main six/dream team, as is Sandile, Bagon, Swinub, and Nidoran (M). I like badass three-stage pokemon based on animals I find cool. I just use Squirtle's thumbs-up pic to lead since I particularly like the pic.
