They should've just made Steel SE against Dragon and Ice resist Dragon. Problem solved.

In fact Ice should've gotten the balance treatment more than dragon. Make it resist Water or something and make some more Weaviles instead of Avaluggs. Give ice-types more reason to be used and what do you know, dragon-types get checked as a side effect.

But no, we had to have another unbalanced as shit type that's a worse cancer than Dragon was. Tapus are all you see on competitive these days with a sprinkling of Lando-T's and UBs.

Dragons receiving a new weakness isn't going to prevent them from being less OP ya know. People already used Steel types to check Dragons, for being the only type that resisted their onslaughts. An outraging Dragon will always be setup bait for Scizor, so a vulnerability to Steel moves means little anyway.
