Koko needs an reliable, non-recoil electric STAB like >>32769464 and >>32769499 point out. Without it and assuming you're resorting to life orb as your item, it won't last long.

My favorite set to use is choice specs. Volt switch hits so fucking hard it can sometimes do 80% to some variants of rotom-wash under electric terrain, and thunderbolt outright kills. If I got moonblast to replace dazzling gleam this set would only become better.
