Get a Weavile and ask for a Celesteela. Weavile will trade for anything.

Just get something that people are too lazy to get themselves. Castform, Goomy, Vanilluxe, Weaville or the trade-evos like Slowking, Rhyperior, Magnezone, etc. I finished my pokedex (all trade evos and version exclusives) in a few hours last week by trading up and trading smart. If you offer anything remotely good people will trade ASAP.
