Come of what? Pokken DX is just Pokken but more. USUM could be several things but just by not being the start of a generation it's more likely to at least have an decent postgame. The Switch game is Gen VIII, it'll be prettier, maybe have a more open world, but end of the day it'll be the start of a generation and thus one of the more lacking entries in the series.

Why the fuck wouldn't it be? It's a Game Freak developed game. They only do mainline. They have run out of slots for the Gen VII clover symbol in save data and Bank, if there was a possibility they would have more Gen VII games they would've had more slots in the first place like they did with Gen VI. They don't just jump platform mid-generation. It's pretty obvious.
