I'm the same with a whole bunch of gen V Pokemon. Still think "mamepato" when I see pidove, it takes me a few seconds to remember its English name

Chillarmy was such a better name, Cinccino is so cacophonic.

Also i remeber being very disappointed when Everide ended up being called Gallade.

And Wargle was such a better name than Braviary

Jap names are fine as long as they still make sense in English (except for Thunder/Thunders and any other Jap Eeveelution names)

Chillarmy is Minccino, not Cinccino. I don't like Min/Cinccino, either, but Chillarmy doesn't work for me.

Even though it's derived from "charm," all I can think of is "army" -- sticks out too much in my mind, making me think of an icy warlord or something.

I almost exclusively think of Druddigon as Crimgan.

I get this with a lot of gen 5 pokemon despite the fact that I've played the games in english a lot since they came out and some of my favourite pokemon are 5th gen
the biggest offenders for some reason are tabunne, pururill, doredia, kojondo, pokabu, sazandora, kibago, gothiruselle, hahakomori and kokoromori
also I keep thinking quiver dance is called butterfly dance, the celestial tower is called the tower of heaven, the dreamyard is called the abandoned lot of dreams and bianca is called bel

I sometimes slip into the Japanese names of the Unova Pokemon.

Instead if JP names for Gen V Pokemon I remember the names /vp/ used before we got the english names. Say hello to Lolitower.
