Platinum Elite 4 gym leaders had excellent teams, but they're not all that grand.
Flint has some notability outside of the League, though.
Team Flare lady had potential.
RBY Lance is iconic as well.

caitlin has been in multiple games, plat & HGSS battle frontier and BW & BW2 elite 4. shes also friends with cynthia i believe. caitlin is only a literal who if you didnt play gen 4 or 5
