Honestly, it's doubtful. Nintendo will probably roll out another kirby/yoshi/donky kong game based around some facet of arts and craft. Then they'll talk Mario and 3rd party shit. Finally, they will spend roughly 10% of the conference on various Ambio talk.

Then they will throw it to tree house to do a cringy ass demo of something followed by their three e-sports events that will collectively struggle to break 5k viewers. Half the internet will say they won half will say they lost and we will patiently wait for trailers in July and August.
