honestly the direct was for Pokken. They had to put in Pokemon mainline series. To get people to watch.

The little trailer we got wasn't much of anything either way. It wasn't a mysterious teaser to get us curious. What we did see wasn't substantial or informative. What the hell are we supposed to think about it at this point? We don't even really know what they are.

I'm only hyped because these games have the potential to be really good and improve on the parts of SM that disappointed me. I also want to see the "new forms" and other changes. Anyway, it's funny how they got so much less attention in the direct, yet generated more buzz than Pokken could ever hope for.

This is the real problem. We just know there's new legendary forms, some areas are different, and that's about it. There's nothing to think or speculate about. We don't even know for sure the game is about because Gamefreak is stupid about actually describing the game.
