And if you're using M-Scizor that's exactly what you want. Technician as your base ability is worthless on M-Scizor since you get it anyway after Mega Evolving while Light Metal allows you to better switch into Low Kick. In other words, Technician has no use on M-Scizor and Light Metal is objectively better.
