>Literally top of the Pokémon school, spent months studying type match ups, status conditions, etc.
>Chose one of the worst defensive type as her signature type
What did she mean by this?
>>32637885
I don't care. I just want to rub my dick against her 5head.
>posting a thumbnail
It's cause her name is ROXanne
>>32637894
>>32637891
I'm pretty sure you want to rub it on her other "head" OwO :3
>>32637891
>>32637907
>OwO
you need to stop
>>32637897
You mean Tsutsuji.
>>32637885
She's testing if you're smart enough to not use Normal moves on her Pokemon.
>>32637894
>>32637905
Which would you fug?
>>32637885
She tried to mix her hobby with her profession.
Tsutsuji-sensei is better at studying rocks than battling with them.
>>32638343
She is also an expert at making me as rock-solid as Takeshi-san's Pokémon.
>>32637905
How come that shit looked orange on the GBA?
>>32637885
I want to bully her!
>>32638243
ORAS version
>>32638376
Huh?
>>32637912
>"Leave it to Tsutsu to get the best grades."
>"I bet there's an entire library inside that big forehead of hers."
>>32638376
The GBA had shitty colours
>>32637905
her waist and torso seem off here
>>32638552
Are those the two bitches from My Life As a Teenage Robot?
>>32637885
Cuz she gets stoned all the time. Seriously though, I know so many teachers that smoke weed now it's hilarious
>>32639006
>tfw you will never see a Gym Leader/Captain school drama where Olivia and Kahili are expies of the Crust Cousins
>>32637885
It's a special ed school.
>>32637885
Maybe she thinks that she is a great trainer even if she use a bad defensive typing.
On the other hand, GF thinks Rock type is a good defensive typing, so the right answer is this.
>>32637885
She's probably the most popular gym leader for rookie trainers. Gotta ease those kids up.
In the original series, there was this stuck-up top graded girl in a Pokemon school who defeated Misty while using a Rock-type, arguing that she had leveled up her pokemon enough to ignore the typing disadvantage.
>>32637885
Popular pokemon for young trainers in Hoenn:
>Tailow
>Zigzagoon
>Wurmple
She probably does great at batting off the young hopefuls, knowing someone who HAS studied types, which she beleives is something important and worth testing, will move past her and onto the next challenge
She was forced into using Rock-types because her name sounds like rock. The Pokémon League has a pun fetish.
>>32638597
Define "GBA". The original model and the first GBA SP, yes. The second GBA SP and the GB micro, no.
>>32639541
Fair point, though there's also Wingull.
Do parents name their kids for a word related to a type in the hope it will drive them to become a gym leader, or does the league only accept people with those names?
>>32639915
English names don't actually matter. Check the Japanese names to see what was Game Freak really thinking.
>>32639915
That, or they're just nicknames.
>>32638998
How?
>>32637894
where do you guys find these HD arts?
>>32640755
Bulbapedia, which embeds them from the Bulbagarden Archives.
>>32639915
Japanese names, everyone's named after plants, flowers, trees and fruits/veggies.
Few characters have their names unchanged, like Erika or Iris or slightly changed from the Japanese like Karen from Karin or Mallow from Ma'o but both are still the same plant family.
>takes a deep sniff
>>32637885
For some fucking reason, she reminds me of Tohsaka Rin.
>>32642410
It's probably the dirty anus.
>>32637907
What's this?
>>32637885
Gym leaders are purely a test. She could have any number of reasons for choosing to specialize in Rock-type pokemon, but as just a gym leader, the reason is that it teaches YOU, a starting trainer, to not rely on Normal-type moves, and to get some offensive variety in your team.
